Please read our Brain in Hand Product FAQs, if you have any questions about your Brain in Hand that our materials have not answered.  Below are also the answers to some frequently asked questions about purchasing Brain in Hand.

Can I transfer a licence?

The support provider owns the licence and is able to transfer it from one individual user to another user if a person leaves their service or needs change.

Do you offer a volume discount?

Discounts are available for groups of licences above twenty for either individual provider or clusters.

Can you provide training?

Yes, we can provide an Implementation and Training Workshop which covers everything you need including a range of learning materials.

Who provides the hardware?

Care, support, education providers or individuals provide the hardware (smartphone, tablet or iPod). We can advise on compatible and good value devices.

Can I use BiH at University?

Yes.  Brain in Hand University Edition is now fully funded for eligible students at university, via Disabled Students’ Allowances.
