Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join our dynamic and highly motivated team who are on a mission to transform lives and services.

Home-based in either the North West or Yorkshire and the Humber regions, you will join our Programme Team at the forefront of our work. This is the most senior operational, client-facing role in the business; you’ll report to the COO and have line management responsibility for Programme Managers and Programme Officers.

In this varied, challenging role you’ll be responsible for the delivery of training and support to a portfolio of Brain in Hand implementation sites, as well as holding a critical leadership role within the team. Starting salary £35k.

A Brain in Hand Specialists’ primary role is to provide solution-focussed and strength-based support to Brain in Hand customers and their supporters.  We are interested to hear from outstanding, motivated individuals with the skills to support a caseload of service users to enable them to thrive using Brain in Hand technology.

£35 per hour
Caseload size and frequency may vary seasonally and will also be dependent upon location and local client need.

Development Team


Technical Support Analyst – Full Job Description HERE

Our Development Team focuses on the technical aspects of Brain in Hand, ensuring that everyone who uses our system in any capacity gets the best possible experience.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled and motivated team of developers and Brain in Hand experts, working collaboratively to maintain the production versions of our technology and improve it for future releases. Your tasks will include managing support calls, informing internal stakeholders about key areas of the system, and making and championing recommendations for improvement.

40 hours per week, based in our head offices in Exeter.

Salary range between £20,000 and £25,000.
