Our November 2025 impact report presents findings from Brain in Hand users with a particular focus on our on-demand support service. 77% of respondents reported improved mental health, 68% improved wellbeing, and 77% said Brain in Hand helped them feel supported. Improvements were seen across diagnostic groups (autistic, ADHD, autistic and ADHD, and other mental health conditions), demonstrating consistent impact in managing anxiety, reducing overwhelm, preventing burnout and strengthening overall emotional wellbeing.
Users also reported meaningful gains in everyday life skills: 74% said Brain in Hand improved their planning and problem solving, while 54% reported greater independence and self-care. Among students, 80% felt they were achieving more in their studies, with strong improvements in time management, attendance and course completion. These findings reinforce Brain in Hand’s role in supporting both productivity and long-term participation in work and education. In employment, 63% of working users felt they were “achieving more” in their role, with 56% performing better, 59% feeling more confident and 56% more likely to stay in their job.
This quarter’s spotlight on our on-demand service highlights its powerful role in emotional regulation and recovery. The most frequently reported benefit of our on-demand service (72%) was support with emotional dysregulation and getting the day “back on track.” Over half of those describing emotional regulation said the service helped them de-escalate in the moment, and many reported being able to return to work or study after receiving support. Notably, 46% of respondents selected “I find value from knowing it’s there,” underscoring the reassurance and psychological safety provided simply by having 24/7 access to human support.
